Shipping, Freight & Returns Policy — TEI Supply (Transoceanic Enterprise Inc.)

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment Location

All commercial wholesale, government contract, and retail orders are fulfilled from our Southern California warehouse at 2220 S Fairview St, Santa Ana, CA 92704. Standard parcel orders process within 1–2 business days via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or USPS. LTL pallet shipments and DLA Vendor Shipment Module (VSM) pickups are coordinated directly with our warehouse dock.

2. Government & Institutional Compliance

For federal and state purchase orders (SAM.gov UEI: N2QWAK3VRZX5), TEI Supply provides full lot/batch traceability, Manufacturer Certificates of Conformance (CoC) where required, and MIL-STD-129R exterior case labeling.

3. Returns, Replacements & Claims

We guarantee all merchandise to be free of defects in material and workmanship. Please inspect master cases upon delivery. Unopened items in original saleable packaging may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt.
