This website (www.teisupply.com) is operated by TEI Supply — A Division of Transoceanic Enterprise Inc. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to TEI Supply — A Division of Transoceanic Enterprise Inc. (SAM.gov UEI: N2QWAK3VRZX5, 2220 S Fairview Street, Santa Ana, CA 92704). By visiting our site and/or purchasing commercial, industrial, or institutional supplies from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

Section 1 — Commercial & Government Ordering

Products listed on www.teisupply.com are packaged and priced for commercial wholesale, industrial facility maintenance, and federal/state/municipal government procurement. We reserve the right to verify tax-exempt certificates, agency purchase orders, and freight delivery requirements prior to dispatch.

Section 2 — Product Specifications, Pricing & Availability

All descriptions of products, Federal Supply Class (FSC) references, ANSI/OSHA/NIOSH compliance citations, and case pack quantities are subject to verification at time of order. In the event a specific SKU or lot requires substitution or lead-time adjustment, we will notify the purchasing officer immediately for written approval before shipment.

Section 3 — Billing, Government Purchase Cards & Net Terms

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders placed at our store. We accept major credit cards, Government Commercial Purchase Cards (GPC), ACH/Wire transfers, and approved Net-30 institutional purchase orders.

Section 4 — Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

All products must be used in strict accordance with manufacturer instructions and applicable OSHA/ANSI safety regulations. These Terms of Service and any separate commercial agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California (and applicable Federal Acquisition Regulation clauses for U.S. Government contracts).
